As a part of our rebranding efforts, our goal was to transition the Troxell website platform from a solely e-commerce platform to an informational and solution-first platform with e-commerce taking a secondary position. I worked with the leadership including all regional managers, business development team and internal and external focus groups on the research and ideation phase of the new website. Once that phase was completed, I supervised the creative team in the UI/UX design which included the development of user flows, sitemap and low and high fidelity mockups and prototypes.
